Data collected

• When you order: name, address, email, phone number, order details. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the gallery.
• Through the contact and booking forms: name, email, phone number, message, requested dates.
• While browsing: technical data and cookies needed for the site to work and, with your consent, for audience measurement.

Purposes and legal bases

• Processing orders, deliveries and returns (performance of a contract).
• Answering enquiries and handling house bookings (pre-contractual measures).
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• Sending you news from the gallery if you asked for it (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Retention periods

Customer data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then 3 years; enquiries that did not lead to a sale, 3 years after the last contact; accounting records, 10 years.

Recipients

Data is used by the gallery and its technical providers: Shopify (website and shop hosting), payment providers and carriers, only as far as necessary. Some providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions regarding your data after your death.
