Returns and withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your piece to change your mind, without giving a reason.

How to proceed

• Email us at contact@lesnaturesmortes.com with your order number and the piece concerned.
• Send or bring the piece back to the gallery (41 rue André Antoine, 75018 Paris, by appointment) within the following 14 days, in its original condition and carefully packed.
• Return costs are at your expense. For furniture, we can recommend a carrier experienced with fragile pieces.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of your request, using the payment method used for the purchase. We may wait until we have received the piece before issuing the refund.

Piece damaged on arrival

If a piece arrives damaged, report it to the carrier and email us promptly with photographs: we will find a solution together.
